These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “AI and the Law” course portal (the “Service”), provided for the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, in connection with the AI and the Law course (June – July 2026). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for enrolled students and instructors of the course. You sign in using your Google account and agree to provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate course-related purposes.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or submissions.
- Do not disrupt, attack, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service.
- Submit your own work and follow the University’s academic integrity policies. Quizzes and exercises are intended to be completed without unauthorized assistance.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of the responses and work you submit. By submitting, you grant the course instructors permission to view, evaluate, and provide feedback on your submissions for educational purposes. Course materials provided through the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for the duration of the course. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or in class. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
